By accessing and using Vidlelo (operated by PixelFoundry Technologies Ltd.), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Vidlelo provides users with tools for generating AI media, including images, videos, and associated metadata. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from generating content that is illegal, highly offensive, non-consensual (deepfakes of real people), or violative of copyright and intellectual property rights.
Vidlelo operates on a credit-based system. Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law. All payments are processed securely via our third-party provider (Stripe).
You retain all rights to the media you generate on Vidlelo, provided your inputs do not infringe on the rights of others. Vidlelo claims no copyright over your generations, but reserves the right to use generated, public outputs in "Showcase" and promotional materials unless you explicitly opt out.
Vidlelo and PixelFoundry Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
